The World Teaches Us To Look Outside Ourselves
When we're constantly looking outside of ourselves stuck in the doom scroll, disconnected from the seasons and cycles of the natural world, we start to question our own senses.
We rarely listen to our intuition, if we even believe we're intuitive at all.
(Sister, you are. We all are.)
Day after day we:
- move at a pace that feels overwhelming to our body and soul
- disregard our body's subtle messages and signs
- shut down our hearts to protect ourselves
- drift further into isolation
- judge out sensitivity as weakness
And little by little, that disconnection becomes our normal.
We forget what it feels like to truly hear ourselves.
That's why we need a softer place to land—a place to quiet the chaos, practice tuning inward, and reconnect with the wise woman within.
Because the more we trust ourselves, honor our sensitivity, and move at a rhythm that feels good in our body and soul, the more capacity we have—not only for ourselves, but for the people we love, the causes we care about, and the world that deeply needs sensitive women shining their unique healing light.

Luna Garden, my little sanctuary in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where so much of the sisterhood came to life and many of our practices, reflections, and gatherings are inspired. The natural world is such a beautiful mirror, one we look through often in the sisterhood.
WHY WE GATHER...
The HEAR HER sisterhood isn’t asking you to become someone else. Together, we remind each other who we’ve always been.
I built the space I always wished I'd had.
I'm not your guru.
I'm a sister traveler.
I do this work because I need this work.
I craved a place where sensitive, intuitive women could gather, play and explore.
For the past decade, online women's communities have quietly changed my life. As a highly sensitive introvert, they've become my village—especially during seasons when gathering in person wasn't possible.
Within these spaces, I learned to soften the way I spoke to myself, trust my intuition, reclaim parts of myself I'd tucked away, and rediscover the magic I'd locked away years before. I found mentors who unlocked new doors, sisters who witnessed me without trying to fix me, and communities that expanded what I believed was possible.
Along the way, I also discovered what I was still longing for:
a gentler rhythm. Less noise. Less overwhelm.
A space designed with highly sensitive women in mind.
Over the years, I found myself gathering the seeds that felt most alive from each of these communities. Little by little, they took root. They grew into the vision for the HEAR HER Sisterhood.

I believe life is our greatest mystery school and the natural world the most beautiful mirror. I love weaving the magic into the mundane and living slower, with more intention.
Mothering my highly sensitive teens and working as an intuitive healer are two of my deepest honors.
Music is my meditation and Earth is my temple. Forever the mystic, I'm endlessly curious about intuition, archetypes, ritual, ceremony, symbolism, the sacred feminine, the human experience, synchronicity, and the quiet ways the soul speaks

I also love seeing the altars sisters create in their own homes. Candles, flowers, feathers, little treasures gathered on a walk... they're all gentle reminders that the sacred lives in the everyday.
And it's not just for the heavy things. We celebrate here, too. We manifest dreams, pause at life's thresholds, light candles, pray, and give thanks.
